Membership Tiers Home Inspector Growth Academy offers two membership tiers:

- Basic Membership (HIGA): $47/month
Refund terms differ by membership tier as outlined below.
Basic Membership (HIGA) — $47/month. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within the first 30 days of your initial $47 membership purchase. This gives you sufficient time to evaluate our content and determine if our program meets your needs.
Growth Access Membership — $79.95/month. The Growth Access membership is non-refundable. By completing enrollment and checking the required billing consent checkbox at signup, members acknowledge that all payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us before initiating a dispute so we can work toward a resolution.
Eligibility Requirements (Basic Membership only)
- Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase
- Your account must be in good standing
- You must not have downloaded or excessively accessed premium content with the intent to abuse the refund policy

- The membership tier is Growth Access
- There is evidence of excessive content downloads within 24 hours, followed by an immediate refund request
- Account login credentials have been shared with multiple users
Chargebacks Members who initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us will have their membership access revoked immediately upon notification of the dispute.
Access After Refund Upon approval of a refund, membership access will be terminated immediately. Any downloaded materials must be deleted and not used for commercial purposes.
